NULS社区第三季度志愿者计划(提案人:李宁)

一、目的:
NULS社区志愿者计划诚意邀请热爱区块链、有意愿、有能力、有时间、有精力的社区志愿者,本着高效负责,多劳多得的原则,在对内和对外两个方向上为NULS贡献力量,共同建设一个更强大的NULS社区。

二、职责和权益:
(1)条件和职责:
1.认同NULS的价值理念,了解NULS核心基础知识并尊重NULS社区成员;
2.具有团队意识,协助提案人和其他成员的工作;
3.进行各种形式的宣传活动,推广NULS品牌,维护NULS形象,引导更多人了解NULS,并积极帮助社区成员解答各类疑问。
(2)权益:
1.根据工作成果获得NULS激励;
2.获得NULS志愿者专属荣誉证书;
3.享有志愿者专项福利,包括但不限于优先获得生态伙伴的空投等福利/获得NULS定制周边和大礼包/优先获得出席NULS相关活动的名额/优先获得行业内培训的机会。

三、具体职责和奖励:
(1)参与NULS社群内部管理(预计设立6人,奖励数额450-690NULS)

注:
1.奖励的发放呈累计性多劳多得的原则,完成部分所列任务则获得相应的奖励;
2.参与NULS社区内部管理的成员,每月设立管理小能手一名,获选者将每次额外获得30NULS的奖励;
3.提案负责人和全社区成员对志愿者进行不定期检查和监督,每项未完成且累计3次视为一次不达标,每次不达标将扣除5NULS的奖励;若连续三天出现未达标的情况,扣除奖励的50%,直至扣完。
(2)参与NULS社区对外的推广(预计设立7人,奖励数额540NULS-820NULS)

注:
1.奖励的发放呈累计性多劳多得的原则,完成部分所列任务则获得相应的奖励;
2.参与NULS社区对外推广的成员每月设立推广小能手一名,将额外获得50NULS的奖励;
3.提案负责人和全社区成员对志愿者进行监督,每项未完成且超过2次视为一次不达标,每次不达标将扣除5NULS的奖励;若连续三次对外活动没有参与,扣除奖励的50%,直至扣完;
4.在推广过程中做出其他重要贡献的,将由提案人申请单独奖励,不低于100NULS.
(3)提案人职责和权益
1.管理和监督参与社区内部管理和对外推广成员的工作;
2.支持提案成员的工作,帮助解决成员遇到的问题;
3.有计划有组织的引导志愿者参与内部管理和对外推广活动,总结活动经验;
4.负责组织、召集、主持每两周一次的社区志愿者会议,引导志愿者对工作内容进行总结梳理和复盘,并整理会议纪要。
5.负责收集整理志愿者月度工作情况,并在每月月末(最迟不得晚于下个月5号)向社区提交工作报告,报告内容应包括但不限于本月工作内容和进展,下月工作计划和重点以及奖励发放明细)
6.提案人每月奖励400NULS,社区成员及相关理事对提案人进行不定期检查和监督,每项未完成且超过两次视为一次不达标,每次不达标将扣除20NULS的奖励,依此类推,直至扣完。
7.接受社区监督和建议,由相关理事审核,工作持续正向推进且取得良好进展,将额外获得100NULS的奖励。

预计申请奖励数额( 1390-2010)*3=4170-6030NULS

English Edition:
NULS community volunteer program(proposer:Lining)
1.Purpose: NULS community volunteer program invites devoted, capable, time-rich and energetic community volunteers who love blockchain and want to contribute to NULS community development. We plan to promote both internal and external participation, based on a principle of “efficiency and responsibility, pay more and gain more” to jointly build a stronger NULS community

2.Responsibilities and Rights
(1)Qualifications and Responsibilities:
1.Agree with NULS values, understand NULS knowledge and respect NULS community members;
2.Be a good team player and assist other members with their work;
3.Conduct various publicity activities to promote NULS brand, maintain the image of NULS, guide more people to know about NULS, and actively help community members answer their questions.
(2)Benefits and Rights:
1.Get NULS incentives based on the work results;
2.Obtain NULS volunteer’s exclusive honorary certificate;
3.Enjoy the special benefits of volunteers, including but not limited to the priority of airdrops from eco-partners/NULS customized gift /the priority of attendance at NULS related activities/the priority of training opportunities in the industry.

3.Bonus Table
(1)Participate in the internal administration of the NULS community

Note:
1.The distribution of rewards will be based on the principle of pay more and gain more and awarded for completing corresponding tasks;
2.Set an admin expert every month for this part, the winner will receive an extra bonus of 30NULS;
3.The person in charge of the proposal and the whole community members will check and supervise the volunteers from time to time. If each item is not completed more than 3 times in total will fail to get 5NULS for each 3 times,If volunteers fail to meet the standards for three consecutive days, 50% of the reward will be deducted until all the reward is deducted.
(2)Participate the promotion outside of NULS Community

Note:

2.set one promotion experts every month, the winners will receive an extra bonus of 50NULS;
3.The person in charge of the proposal and the whole community members will check and supervise the volunteers from time to time. If each item is not completed more than 2 times in total will fail to get 5NULS for each 2 times,If volunteers don’t participate in for three consecutive times, 50% of the reward will be deducted until all the reward is deducted.
4.For those who make other important contributions in the promotion process, the proposer will apply for a special award of no less than 100NULS.
(3)Responsibilities and Benefits of the Proposer
1.Manage and supervise the work of volunteer team;
2.Support the work of volunteers and help them solve the problems encountered;
3.Organize volunteers to participate the work systematically and summarize experience;
4.Responsible for organizing and hosting biweekly volunteer meetings, guiding volunteers to summarize and review their work contents, and making meeting minutes;
5.Submit monthly work report of volunteers at the end of each month (no later than the 5th day of next month). The report shall include but not limited to the work content and progress of this month, the work plan and focus of next month and the details of reward distribution);
6.The proposer will get 400 NULS monthly,The council in charge of the proposal and the whole community members will check and supervise the volunteers from time to time. If each item is not completed more than 2 times in total will fail to get 20NULS for each 2 times
7.Accept community supervision and suggestions; The proposer continues to advance positively and make good progress will be awarded extra 100NULS.
Total budget:4170-6030NULS for a quarter
