一、目的
在NULS大生态逐渐丰富及多元化的同时，NULS也面临诸多挑战，随着市场行情的变化，NULS流动性正在变差，这个计划将会逐渐增强NULS资产的流动性，并且会对市场形成更好的反馈，并且希望有更多社区成员参与到NULS大生态当中来，共同建设一个更强大的NULS生态。
二、激励计划
1、新建NULS节点，产出共识奖励，节点共识奖励用于激励参与到NULS生态的社区成员；

However, consider the long-term well-being of NULS and its community, we must face the fact that the liquidity of NULS on market is getting worse, along with some other challenges coming in this unpredictable market circumstance.
