NULS Incentive Plan NULS激励计划

The NULS incentive plan is aimed to support all those who are willing to contribute to the development of NULS.

  1. Community Manager (except ambassadors)
  1. Basic responsibilities
  • Build a local community with more than 200 people, most of whom are active users;
  • Timely and continuously convey official NULS news;
  • To be able to guide community members to use NULS related products, understand NULS concepts, and participate in NULS online activities,actively answer community questions, maintain the image of NULS;
  • Submit a work report by the end of each month.
  1. Rewards
  • Set a 60 USDT (equivalent of NULS,the following are the same) basic reward for completing basic responsibilities;
  • Set a 30 USDT performance reward (ranging from 5 to 30 USDT) determined by the operational and management councilors through a joint discussion. We will refer to the contributions from multiple aspects, select three top community managers and issue honor certificates;
  • Set a best community manager reward, which will be selected from the top community managers, with an additional reward of 20 USDT and an honor certificate.
  1. Media Operational Manager (except ambassadors)
  1. Basic responsibilities
  • Operate a social media account with more than 3000 followers,most of whom are active users;
  • Timely and continuously share NULS related news on the media platform to increase NULS exposure;
  • Maintain the image of NULS and guide followers to understand the concept and progress of NULS;
  • Submit a work report by the end of each month.
  1. Rewards
  • Set a 50 USDT basic reward fot completing basic responsibilities;
  • Set a 40 USDT performance reward (ranging from 5 to 40 USDT) determined by the operational and management councilors through a joint discussion. We will refer to the contributions from multiple aspects , select two top media operational managers and issue honor certificates;
  1. Content Creation Manager
  1. Basic responsibilities and rewards
  • Produce quality posters for NULS ecological cooperation and important news, 5-10 USDT for each;
  • Write articles for NULS ecological cooperation and important news for publicity, focusing on original and personal ideas integration, 30-90 USDT for each;
  • Produce native language or English videos for NULS ecological cooperation and important news, the quality of the dubbing should be clear, original and personal opinions should be integrated. The time should be at least one minute, 50-200USDT for each;
  • Set a 50-100USDT best production reward, selected by the operational director and management director.

(All content creation needs to be reviewed by the community director and core team before being published, otherwise it will lose the reward qualification)

  1. Reward

NULS community fund creates one fund node, stakes 500,000 NULS with 100% commission.All rewards generated from the node are used for the proposal

2)Distribution

All rewards will be distributed by the 7 th of next month after receiving all work reports.

3)Management

  • 300NULS will be paid as a monthly server fee for technical councilor who establishes and maintains the node;
  • Proposal follow-up members will get 100USDT rewards every month for supporting and evulating the progress;
  • The final interpretation right of this proposal belongs to the proponent;

1)基本职责

  • 组建超过200人的当地社群,大部分用户都是活跃用户;
  • 及时并持续向社区转发NULS有关新闻;
  • 积极回答社区问题,维护NULS形象,引导社区使用NULS产品,理解NULS理念,参与NULS线上活动;
  • 每月月底向社区提交工作报告。

2)奖励

  • 完成基本职责可获得60USDT(等额的NULS,以下情况相同);
  • 设立30USDT的表现奖励(由5–30USDT不等)将由运营理事和管理理事共同商讨投票决定奖励数量,我们将多方参考社区经理的贡献,并评选出优秀社区经理三名,颁发荣誉证书;
  • 设立最佳社区经理一名,由优秀社区经理中评选产生,额外奖励20USDT,颁发荣誉证书。

2.媒体运营经理(大使除外)

1)基本职责

  • 拥有超过3000粉丝的社交媒体账号,大部分用户都是活跃用户;
  • 及时并持续在媒体平台分享NULS相关新闻,增加NULS曝光;
  • 维护NULS形象,引导粉丝关注了解NULS理念和进展;
  • 每月月底向社区提交工作报告。

2)奖励

  • 完成基本职责可获得50USDT;
  • 设立40USDT的表现奖励(由5–40USDT不等)将由运营理事和管理理事共同商讨投票决定奖励数量,我们将多方参考媒体运营经理的贡献,并评选出两名优秀经理,颁发荣誉证书;

3.内容创作经理

1)基本职责和奖励

  • 为NULS生态合作和重要新闻制作有质量的海报,5-10USDT一张;
  • 为NULS生态合作和重要新闻编写文章进行宣传,注重原创和个人想法融入,30-90USDT一篇;
  • 为NULS生态合作和重要新闻制作本族语或英文视频,画质配音需清晰,注重原创和个人见解融入,时间至少在一分钟以上,50–200USDT一个;
  • 设立50-100USDT的最佳制作奖励,由运营理事和管理理事评选。

(所有的内容创作需在社区理事和核心团队审核之后方能发布,否则将失去奖励资格)

4.提案的奖励和管理

1)奖励产生

向申请社区基金建立一个佣金比例为100%,委托额为50万的节点,用于分发提案奖励

2)奖励发放

每月月底在收到各经理工作报告后,将在次月7号前发放奖励;

3)管理

  • 节点将由技术理事建立维护,每月需支付300NULS的服务器费用;
  • 提案跟进成员需支持和评估提案相关工作,每月获得100USDT奖励;
  • 本提案的最终解释权归提案人所有。
