大家好，我是Lily。

NULS理事会自选举出第一届理事成员后，从2019年12月起，一直由轮值理事统一开帖，统一附上各理事每个月的工作月报概要及具体内容的在线文档链接，来展示所有理事的具体工作进度。

现理事会已运行一年多的时间，为更好的进行理事会管理，更大程度的发挥理事作用，接受来自社区的监督，经过理事会讨论，众理事一致投票通过，自2021年3月起，由轮值理事发起工作报告帖，各理事自行在工作帖中回复当月工作报告及对整个NULS社区建设的所思所想，统一纳入理事考核结果。

感谢社区成员们一直以来对理事会的支持和监督，也请大家一起推进NULS持续的发展建设。

以下是2021年3月理事会各理事的工作报告内容。

Since the election of the first council members of the NULS councilors, starting from December 2019, the rotating councilor have been publishing posts in a unified manner, and uniformly attaching the monthly work summary of each councilor and the online document link of the specific content. Show the specific work progress of all councilors.

The current council has been in operation for more than a year, in order to better manage the council, give full play to the role of the council, and accept supervision from the community. After discussion by the council, the councilors voted unanimously. Since March 2021 From the beginning, the rotating councilor Initiate a work report thread on the forum, and each councilor responds to the work report of the month and his thoughts on the construction of the entire NULS community in the work posts, and incorporates the results of the councilor’s assessment.

Summary of work this month 本月工作总结

3月工作内容：

1.组织/召集/主持/引导社区理事会工作朝着更高效有产出的方向前进；

(1）完成本月5次理事会会议的组织、召集、主持工作；

(2) 本月会议备忘录/社区提案预算支付等记录的更新与实施。

2.组织并实施完成2021年2月NULS社区理事会行为准则考核（包括评价考核、证书设计及制作、公示、奖励申请等全流程）；

3.完成2月中文社区内容提案奖励发放；

4.协助沟通推进西方新提案预算、ERC 20 Swap提案、大使提案及其他社区提案情况；

5.重点沟通配合完成新的西方预算方案；

6.确定NULS理事会理事报酬调整方案和初步试行方式及时间表；

7.参与大使会议，为大使工作提供协助；

8.参与推动NULS日常运营、内容及传播工作；

9.协助其他重要事项、节点沟通。

Work summary of February

1.Organize/convene/host/guide the work of the community council toward a more efficient and productive direction;

(1) Complete the organization, convening and presiding of the 5 council meetings this month;

(2) The update and implementation of this month’s meeting memorandum/community proposal budget payment records.

2.Organize and implement the February 2021 NULS Community Council Code of Conduct assessment (including the entire process of evaluation, certification design and production, publicity, and award application);

3.Completed the issue of rewards for Chinese community content proposals in February 2021.

4.Assist in the promotion of Western new proposal budget, ERC 20 Swap proposal, Ambassador and other community proposals;

5.Focus on communication and cooperation to complete the new Western budget plan;

6.Determine the remuneration adjustment plan and preliminary trial method and timetable for the NULS Council of Councilors;

7.Participate in ambassador meetings and provide assistance to ambassadors.

8.Participate in the promotion of NULS daily operation, content and communication work.

9.Assist other important matters and node communication.

1.保证NULS社区理事会日常工作正常运行；

Work plan for April 2021

  1. Ensure the normal operation of the daily work of the NULS Community Council;

  2. Complete the February 2021 behavior observation assessment of NULS Councilors (March);

  3. Complete the Chinese community content contribution award (March);

  4. Assist the ambassador meeting and related work.

  5. Start to implement the new NULS board of directors compensation plan;

  6. NULS’s daily operations and publicity work.

  7. Assist other important matters and node communication.

2.按时参会议事，按时完成月报，积极参与各类提案及投票；
3.开始实施理事会报酬调整，及时做好每个调整环节的沟通提醒工作；

Work summary of March

  1. Complete the daily work of the council, such as monthly attendance and remuneration;

1.根据新的理事报酬调整方案，完成理事会新的出勤、报酬等日常例行工作；

3.及时处理理事考核落地中存在的问题，持续优化和完善理事考核管理机制。
4.协助重要节点的沟通。
Work plan for April

  1. According to the new compensation adjustment plan, complete the new attendance and remuneration of the council and other routine work;
  2. Participate in discussions on time, completed monthly reports on time, and actively participate in various proposals and voting;
  3. Timely deal with the problems existing in the implementation of the assessment of councilors, and continuously optimize and improve the assessment management mechanism of councilors.

NULS community councilor’s Work report in Apr,2021(Vivi)

本月工作内容：

安卓版app已基本开发完成，目前进入测试阶段。

nabox后台、浏览器插件修复在联调中出现的bug。

nabox前端和后台系统持续优化，提升用户体验。

Work of this month:

The Android version of APP has been basically developed and is now in the testing stage.

The Nabox background and browser plugins fix bugs that occur during synduping.

Nabox’s front-end and back-end systems continue to be optimized to improve the user experience.

下月工作计划：

继续测试安卓版APP，月底提供公测版。

完成IOS端的APP开发，预计下月进入测试。

后端添加对Okex-chain的支持。

后台添加Bridge模块。

Work plan for next month:

Continue to test the Android version of the APP, the public beta will be available by the end of the month.

Completed the iOS APP development and is expected to enter the test next month.

Add support for OKex-Chain in the back end.

Add the Bridge module in the background.

NULS Council Report March

  1. Introduced NULS to 2 companies which one of them wants a third meeting to discuss the possibilities. Their are currently the main payment provider for all services in Panama.
  2. Promoted NULS , and it’s now in the official list of legal payments.
  3. Met with several company owners to discuss potential opportunities involving NULS.
  4. Help wherever was asked, and continued to work on the projects proposed a couple weeks back.

Work Plan for next month

  1. Continue to work on NULS as payments on services in Panama.
  2. Try to accomplish the same things on neighbor countries with a similar framework.
  3. Look for potential partners that both could benefit.
  4. Continue to work on the projects that I have started couple weeks ago.

  1. Reconciled NULStar rewards for November 2020, December 2020,
    January 2021 and February 2021.
  2. Promoting NULS through Twitter.

For March, I started a review of the NULStars program up to March and have an incomplete report on the our NULStar program which ended in October 2020.

  1. Promote NULS Liquidity Pools and new product releases through Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  2. Collaborate with POLIS for closer product development opportunities.
  3. Get back into the group conversation and support of NULS Ambassadors.

I need to finalise and submit my NULStar report in order for a new NULStar proposal to be initiated for the next 3 month period. I’ll be liking, retweeting and commenting on any positive Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn comments about NULS to increase the awareness and reach out for new partnership collaborations.
